a step back in time with our Renaissance Collection.
Inspired by Chateau floors in France and England,
this flooring looks naturally worn and presents an
authentic old world appearance. It's as close as
you can get to the genuine article. The
wood is manufactured according to the high European
standards and requirements creating the genuine old
world look and feel using modern technology. The
gorgeous antique appearance of our Renaissance Collection
starts with European Oak (White), widely known as French
Oak, which has been naturally aged outside
for 3-5 years. The wood is then kiln dried
4-6 weeks, quarter and plain sawn, precision milled,
end-matched, and then pre-sanded for stain application.
French Oak grows in a different climate to give it
its versatility and splendor. This vintage character
of French Oak has natural splits and knots and is
an excellent carving material.
